Founder

Lorenzo Sargenti founded Shape Designs with a vision to redefine urban living through timeless quality, thoughtful design, and lasting value. With over 25 years of experience in consultative and business development roles, he has worked alongside global leaders to create strategies that deliver meaningful impact for clients and communities.

A passionate advocate for purposeful innovation, Lorenzo frequently speaks at industry events, sharing insights on design, growth, and the future of urban development. He also serves on the boards of several early-stage startups and nonprofit organizations, supporting initiatives that emphasize long-term thinking and positive community outcomes.

Lead Architect & Designer

Architect and lead designer with a solid international academic and professional background, Alessia graduated from the Polytechnic University of Milan. Her work is characterized by a balance between architectural rigor and design sensitivity, with a particular focus on the interplay of space, light, and materials.

Alessia began her professional career in Como, actively contributing to the design of public spaces for the centenary of Giuseppe Terragni’s birth. Among her most significant projects are works in Courchevel and Baku (Azerbaijan), as well as collaborations with Molteni, Battaglia, and leading retail companies such as Gucci, Alexander McQueen, and Tiffany & Co.

Throughout her career, she has led projects in a variety of contexts, ranging from residential design to high-end retail, and has worked with internationally renowned brands on the design of furniture, objects, and exhibitions, including Gallotti & Radice and Pianca.

Lead Marketing & Public Relations

Victoria Alin brings a rare blend of strategic insight and creative clarity to Shape Designs. With over 25 years of experience across global markets, her work is grounded in purpose, curiosity, and a belief in thoughtful storytelling.

Victoria began her career in creative development before moving into advertising, shaping campaigns for large brands like Procter & Gamble, H.J. Heinz, and Victoria’s Secret. She later led global fragrance strategy at P&G and launched a cross-continental innovation division across Europe and Asia. Known for her instinctive approach to branding and customer experience, Victoria also launched ventures in multisensory research and hospitality, including the successful Coffee House 1420.

Raised across Switzerland, Belgium, and Italy, Victoria studied at Wellesley College, La Sorbonne, and McGill University. She brings a global perspective and deep appreciation for culture, textiles, and craft — interests that continually inform her approach to storytelling and design.

Architecture & Design

Luca Perini brings a global perspective and decades of experience to Shape Designs. A graduate of Politecnico di Milano, his work spans residential architecture, yacht design, and custom interiors — always with an emphasis on clean lines, smart details, and timeless appeal.

His portfolio includes collaborations with renowned brands like Giorgetti, Molteni, Gucci, and Tiffany, where he helped craft environments that balance beauty with everyday function. A long-time contributor to Italian furniture design, Luca’s pieces have been featured in major international design fairs since 2006, reflecting a commitment to innovation rooted in tradition.
